We also provide all our customers with an option to replacement the product/ products in case the product is damaged in transit
- Kindly make a video when you receive your order from start to end.
- For any issues, please inform us on the same day of delivery. We will be able to process the exchange/ missing product request within 24 hours of the delivery.
- Unfortunately no exchanges will be processed without a video

Please Note: We use 1 Day Return policy for our customers to help them with easy returns if they receive a different product from the ordered item
Non-Returnable
- Special Order/Custom-made items and Manufacturer Direct items may not be returned unless damaged upon receipt.
- some product category like (Paint, Sketch-Colour, Crayons, Calculator, Files, Fountain-Pen, Notebooks, Planner, StickyNotes, Highlighter, Gelpen) are not returnable once we delivered
- The amount would be refunded within 7-21 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) from the date of cancellation.
Please Note: Check your bank statement thoroughly to make sure that you have received your refund amount.
