Cancellation Policy
To initiate a cancellation, please contact us on email [email protected] or via WhatsApp at +91-8285508258. Cancellations are only eligible if requested in next 6 hours once order is placed and in some cases if the products are already booked cancellation charges will be applied. Once an order is placed, we must book the products with our vendors to arrange for shipment to our warehouse, where the items are packed together and then dispatched to your location. The final decision on whether to accept a cancellation request rests solely with our team.
Please note that once the order has been packed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Cancellation charges will be deducted after return of any product in rare case including shipping charges( Cancelled on delivery by customer)
Cancellation Charges
Order Value: ₹0–₹800
Free cancellation within 6 hours.
After 6 hours: ₹50 flat fee.
Order Value: ₹800–₹1500
Free cancellation within 6 hours.
After 6 hours: ₹100 flat fee.
Order Value: ₹1500 and above
Free cancellation within 6 hours.
After 6 hours: 10% of the order value (e.g., ₹150 for a ₹1500 order).
Cancellation requests made after 6 hours of placing the order will incur a fee to cover product booking, order processing and handling costs, as the preparation or packaging of your items may have already begun.
In case, Order is shipped or dispatched it cannot be cancelled
